Trowbridge Film Society's 2007/8 season features a rich mix of contemporary, foreign language, classic and documentary films are featured.
The Society meet at the Arc Theatre in Trowbridge. High quality projection, excellent sound quality and the Venue's modern informal atmosphere provides the perfect space to share films with friends. The Theatre's fully licensed bar is open before and after the films too!
Trowbridge Film Society is a membership organisation. Membership costs £30, and every peny is invested back in to The Society. If you would prefere not to commit for the year, you can just come along to an individual film at a cost of £4.60.
The 2006/7 season was a massive success. We celebrated the Society's first festival - celebrating film from and about African, were commended by the British Federation of Film Societies for our programme notes, improved our website and enjoyed a range of special events during the year - including a tremendous Silent Film Evening accompanied by a live pianist. 2007/8 promises to be an equally exciting year.
